Continuous Improvement Rubric Available for Purchase

Continuous Improvement Process Rubric for Afterschool Ready Now

The Kansas Enrichment Network is pleased to announce that the Continuous Improvement Process Rubric for Afterschool (CIPRA), a valuable tool for ensuring program sustainability, is available for purchase by afterschool providers. See the Introduction and the Cover Page before you buy. (Both documents are in PDF format.)

This self-assessment tool provides an opportunity for program staff and administrators to engage key stakeholders and community members in a process that identifies strengths and weaknesses in seven different components of afterschool. The goal of the Rubric is to provide a road map for programs to follow in order to reach a level of high quality in all areas, for the benefit of the youth in the community

CIPRA One Day On-Site training: Note: Kansas 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program grantees are required to use the K.E.N. CIPRA, but are not required to pay for the Rubric ($40) or initial training. If a 21st CCLC program chooses Options 2 or 3, the total fee will be reduced by $40.
