Partners are defined as out-of-school time resource and service providers, advocates and all interested parties invested in promoting true community collaborative efforts for out-of-school time state-wide efforts.

Partners are actively involved in the Network Mission, Vision and Goals.

VISION - Kansas will have high quality, safe and affordable afterschool programs for all its youth.

MISSION - To raise awareness, build capacity and sustainability, and promote the importance of safe, high quality, affordable out-of-school programs

GOALS -

Create a sustainable structure of statewide, regional, and local partnerships, particularly school-community partnerships, focused on supporting policy development at all levels.
Support the development and growth of statewide policies that will secure the resources that are needed to sustain new and existing afterschool programs.
Support statewide systems to ensure programs are of high quality.
