Insurance Payment Options
F-1 and J-1 Students: If you are either a J-1 or F-1 student at the University of Kansas, health insurance is automatically incorporated into your tuition bill. Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 tuition statements will include a charge of $375, providing coverage for each respective semester. Summer 2009 bills will show a charge of $165 for students who choose to enroll in summer classes.

Not F-1 or J-1: If you are not an F or J student, or if you wish to buy coverage for your spouse or children, you may purchase the United Healthcare insurance through the methods listed below. You may:
- Pay the UHCSR insurance premium online with VISA, Mastercard or E-check.
- Or make a payment with check, money order, or credit card by visiting the ISSS office in room 2 Strong Hall and speaking with our insurance coordinator.
