Kansas Migrant & ELL Academy (KMEA)

The Kansas Migrant & English Language Learners (ELL) academy supports migrant and ELL teachers in the implementation of Scientifically Based Reading Research instructional strategies to support reading instruction that meets the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act.
