The Institute for Educational Research and Public Service

Kansas Department of Social & Rehabilitation Services (SRS) Sustainability

Support from this grant enables the Network to develop and strengthen its infrastructure as well as provide technical assistance to existing and new expanded-learning opportunities to promote continuous improvement.   Efforts specifically target low-income populations, families receiving SRS child care subsidy, or TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) consumers.  Other areas of emphasis include communicating the results of KEN’s work broadly, and educating the people of Kansas and its policy community about the potential of quality expanded learning opportunities.
