Haskell Indian Nations University Capacity Building Grant

The Institute for Educational Research and Public Service will serve as the evaluators of this grant for the Haskell Indian Nations University.  We will use a combination of qualitative and quantitative measures to assess Haskell’s efficacy in meeting the goals and objectives set out in the application, particularly as they meet Title III’s criteria of institutional management, academic programs, and fiscal stability.  We will interview key stakeholders, conduct focus groups and surveys, use member checks for triangulation, and assess a variety of indicators to inform the results of this evaluation.
