Harvest of Hope Leadership Academy

Harvest of Hope Leadership Academy (HHLA) is a 3 week residential summer program for migrant-eligible high school students held on the KU campus.  Accepted participants commit to live, learn, and work together to strengthen learning strategies, explore and practice leadership skills, and gain knowledge and skills to graduate from high school and pursue post-secondary education.   Participants receive a full scholarship to include academic enrichment and leadership development programming, housing and meals, transportation, and recreational/cultural activities.  HHLA students will become familiar with the college environment and increase their confidence and ability to navigate the steps necessary to successfully complete high school and enter college.
