The Institute for Educational Research and Public Service

Early Reading First

Early Reading First provides independent evaluation services for the Geary County FLAG project – a program in USD 475, funded by the US Department of Education that focuses on young children’s oral language literacy development.  The key goal is to conduct evaluation in two complementary strands:  (1) evaluation of teacher, classroom environment and student outcomes and (2) evaluation of program goals, administrative fidelity and client satisfaction.
