 Assignment to a Media Classroom
Dotted Line
  1) Complete a Request for Media Classroom form.
This form is sent to all faculty and department scheduling officers and must be filled out and returned for consideration each semester.

The assistant provost reviews the request and works with the Enrollment Center to accommodate as many requests as possible. Flexibility in course days, times, and/or locations increases the probability for assignment to a media classroom.

  2) Contact IDS to schedule an orientation to using the media systems and to be assigned a key to access the equipment. Keys are assigned to the instructor of record only. Faculty must complete the orientation session in order to be assigned a key to the equipment.
