Develop an integrated overall quality service model to deliver information
services to the campus community. Services should be defined from the customers
perspective and delivered as a whole package through multiple methods (in-person,
phone, e-mail, Instant Messaging, etc) . The ultimate goal of the service
design should be staff/scholar productivity and student success. The project
will have three components: scholar services, decision-maker services and student
services
In cooperation with Student Success define
student needs for administrative, library, social and technology support.
Define specific services needed by students.
Explore and design a model for service delivery of these services.
