The Customer Service Center is located in the Computer Center at 1001 Sunnyside Avenue. Entering from the main (north) entrance, the Customer Service Center is just down the hall on the right-hand side.

Parking

Without Permit: Visitors without a valid parking permit must park either in a parking garage (near the corner of Naismith Drive and Irving Hill road or adjacent to the Kansas Union). Visitor parking is $1 per hour. It takes approximately 5-15 minutes to walk from these parking facilities to the Computer Center. Metered spaces are available in lots 34 (adjacent to the Computer Center), 8 (along Sunnyside Avenue), 117, or 90 (southwest of the Computer Center).

With Permit: Between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., lots 34 adjacent to, lot 61 east of, and lot 117 southwest of the Computer Center are restricted to faculty and staff with red permits. Lots 62 east of and 90 southwest of the Computer Center are restricted to those with yellow permits, and lot 8 along Sunnyside Avenue is restricted to those with blue permits.
