This problem most commonly results from popup blockers. Below are instructions for browser pop-up blockers.
At this point a new window saying "Important Information" should open up. If you get this window, read the information and then in this window there should be a link to "Make Payment" that you should click on. If you don\'t get this window please contact us at KU IT Customer Service Center - 785-864-8080.

If you have a hold, go to:
Enroll&Pay
Personal Portfolio
Tasks
Holds
Then contact the department who issued the hold to find out how to get it released. Or you can go the KYOU Portal and login. Click on the Academics Tab and go to My Holds. If you have questions about who to contact for holds, you can call the University Registrar at 864-4423 for more information.

Only students can create a KU Guardian Account
Log into Enroll & Pay and navigate to:

Read the Privacy Policy and then Accept if you would like to continue. You will see a screen that has a table. On the left side you will see a status column. Make sure you make it "Active". Then enter your guardian's first and last name, and email address. Write down the Payer Key exactly as it appears. Click the save button.
Then give your parents/guardian the following instructions:
For the Parents: Your student must provide you with their 7-digit Student ID Number, as well as the "Payer Key" created by the student in the KU Guardian Maintenace section of Enroll & Pay. Take this information to the Enroll & Pay website at https://sa.ku.edu
Use the following KU online ID and password to log into the top-most box:
KU Online ID: PAYER
Password: payer9*
It is important to note that both the KU Online ID and password are case sensitive and so must be type exactly as shown above

You will be presented with three options: "Account Summary / Make a Payment", "Print / View a Bill", and "Email Address Maintenance". Choose the option that fits what you are trying to accomplish. Regardless of the link you choose you will be asked to enter in the previously acquired Student ID Number and Payer Key before you will be able to continue.
Log into the Enroll & Pay System. Navigate through the following pages:

Then if you have not yet accepted your financial aid, select "Accept/Decline Financial Aid" and follow the instructions given by the email sent by OSFA.
If you have accepted, and just want to see the details of your financial aid package, select "Financial Aid Status Summary". and select the year you want to view.
If you need help accepting/viewing financial aid, go here. If you have questions about the amounts you received, please contact OSFA.

Here you will be able to select the information you would like to change and proceed accordingly.
After you have the class entered into the Add table, click on the course name, e.g. PSYC 104, and there you will find a box to enter the permission number.
Use the following KU online ID and password to log into the top-most box:
