About Us
Who We Are:
The IT Customer Service Center provides assistance to KU faculty, staff, students,
retirees, affiliates, various departments and groups on a variety of information
technology computing services and network issues. Problems that are unable
to be resolved immediately by the Customer Service Center are reported to the
appropriate technical support staff.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to provide a single point of contact for services offered by Information Technology in a courteous, timely and knowledgeable manner to facilitate access to information and the innovative use of technology in support of learning, scholarship, and creative endeavor.
