The IT Help Desk has combined with Networking and Telecommunications Customer Service to give you one place to call for technology assistance. Our new phone number, 864-8080, provides you prompt and helpful service to meet your technology needs. Combining the staff of these two units has also given us greater flexibility to meet your needs.
During this transition, the existing numbers, 864-0200 for the IT Help Desk and 864-9300 for NTS Customer Service, will continue to function.
To provide a single point of contact for services offered by Information Technology in a courteous, timely and knowledgeable manner to facilitate access to information and the innovative use of technology in support of learning, scholarship, and creative endeavor.

Brief Disruption to Main KU and Departmental Web Pages Tuesday
Night to Wednesday Morning
The main KU Web Page will be upgraded to the new KU template from 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 30th to 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 1st. There will be brief
disruptions of service to the KU web page and departmental web sites during

Maintenance to Data Network Fiber at Edwards
Campus Wednesday
The vendor will be performing maintenance
from
midnight to 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1st on the fiber
between the Edwards campus and the Lawrence Campus. There will be two
brief disruptions of service to the data network at the Edwards Campus
