Location: Bus departs from the Lied Center
Join us for an exciting two-day, one-night educational experience in Nebraska. To begin, we will travel by bus to Lincoln. We will tour one of America's most unusual state capital buildings and learn about Nebraska's unicameral legislative system--the only single legislature in the U.S. Then we will enjoy lunch in the old Hay Market area and tour a brewery.

In the afternoon, we head on for Omaha, stopping along the way to visit the Strategic Air Command Museum. Upon arrival at Omaha, we will check into our hotel--the first class Embassy Suites Hotel--and indulge in complimentary wine and hors d-oeuvres as we relax from our excursions. Later in the evening we will enjoy a great dinner at the French Cafe.

The second day begins with a guided tour of the restored Railroad Union Station and the Durham-Western Museum, which offers interesting highlights of the Railroad, Old Omaha and the train station history.

Later in the morning we will visit Omaha's world famous zoo. It is considered one of the three or four finest zoos in the United States. Some of the most popular attractions include the Lied Jungle, Aquarium, Desert Dome and an IMAX theatre that has a variety of special shows.

This two-day adventure promises to be interesting and educational. Join us!
