Ping Chong's Native Voices - Secret History

The Lied Center and Haskell Indian Nations University are partners in the creation and presentation of experimental theatre artist Ping Chong?s multimedia production, Native Voices ? Secret History. The script is based on the personal stories and experiences of American Indians in the Lawrence community. We will be Ping?s private audience and he will enlighten us on how the script came together in Lawrence and how this production fits in with his other work. We will also have time for Q&A session.
After our meeting with Ping, we have been invited on a tour of the Cultural Center and Museum on campus.
Parking is available in the lot east of Navarre Hall, south of Coffin Sports Complex.
Directions: Take 23rd street to Learnard, south on Learnard/Stadium rd, left on N. Perimeter rd, right on E Perimeter rd to the parking lot. A map is available at http://www.haskell.edu/haskell/map.asp
