courses, and
-1 elective course numbered 300 and above.
Note:
12 hours must be taken in residence, including
6 hours in courses numbered above 500.
B.A.
with Departmental Honors in German within the College of Liberal
Arts and Sciences
In
addition to the requirements for the B.A. above:

regular graduate level course (700-level) should be included
in the 30 hours for the major;
-an honors research project (GERM 753) with a professor
of the student's choice;
-an honors colloquium to discuss completed project with
a committee of three professors;
-maintain overall g.p.a of 3.25 and 3.5 in German.
