Earned an MS in Atmospheric Science, Colorado State University, 1995.
Since leaving the active duty Air Force in 1997, where I served 3 assignments as a weather officer (including a stint as a full-time graduate student at CSU), I have been working in the area of applied meteorological research and development, integrating science and technology into operational weather forecasting. In that time, I have worked in the area of satellite meteorology as well as mesoscale numerical prediction systems.
