After graduation I joined the United States Marine Corps where I was trained as a helicopter pilot. After leaving active duty I joined the Air National Guard where I was trained as a jet pilot. I am currently employed as a pilot with LifeFlight Eagle in Kansas City. I also continue to serve in the Air National Guard as a pilot. I live in Belton Mo with my wife and two children.
