Robert Shapiro

Rob has been with Verizon for over 15 years and currently leads a large organization that provides performance testing, lab engineering and production support for approximately 240 applications that run Verizon’s network operations. Rob started at Verizon as a GIS developer working on systems for cellular and network engineering. He has also worked for Oracle as a Principal DBA Consultant and for National Geographic as a programmer integrating mapping systems. He lives in Tampa with his wife, two children and Hazel (a retired Greyhound racer). |
