Starting in 1986, Lisa has worked as a lawyer in DuPont and Conoco, working on litigation, acquisitions of companies, and other business and commercial matters.  She also has served as an Ethics & Compliance Officer assisting in corporate governance and legal compliance.  Before receiving her law degree, Lisa had a lot of fun working in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and attending other universities where she did not get degrees:  University of Reading, England and Penn State University.  Lisa even got to “shoot seismic” in the field when working in the exploration department of a major oil company, but that was a long time ago.  Lisa lives in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.
