Mark Bogner graduated from KU with a degree in Atmospheric Science in 1990. Since that time, Mark has had a long career in the world of private and broadcast Meteorology working for WeatherData, Inc. (now AccuWeather) and KSNW-TV, both in Wichita. Mark holds the seals of approval from both the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association and is secretary of the local chapter. In addition, Mark is on the review panel for the National Weather Association helping to determine who receives the Broadcast Seal of Approval. Mark is the weekend meteorologist at KSNW-TV and also does several noon shows a week. Mark’s wife Julie holds a Music Education degree from KU and they have 3 teen-aged children. In his spare time, Mark enjoys working on his family farm near Kingman.
