English 101: Theory in Practice

This is the first in a series of workshops which will explore ways that composition theory is informing the practice of teaching English 101.

First Workshop: Tuesday, September 18 4-5pm (4001 Wescoe)

Amy Devitt will lead an informal discussion of how genre theory has informed the new version of English 101. Come with your questions about genres and be ready to think about ways that the theory can help you understand and teach the new version of this course.
