Ms. Dukstein is the Director of The University of Kansas Educational Talent Search Program. Ms. Dukstein has been working at ETS for 10 years and has loved every moment! She has had the opportunity to watch students in middle school as they progress and eventually graduate from high school. Working with students and helping them reach their academic and career goals is Ms. Dukstein’s passion.

Ms. Dukstein was born in Dodge City, KS. She graduated from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Psychology in 1991. Ms. Dukstein decided she wanted to further her education and came to The University of Kansas earning a Masters in Counseling from the School of Education in 1994.

Ms. Dukstein enjoys KU basketball, tennis, running, spinning classes, traveling, spending time with her friends and family, reading & cooking.

Ms. Dukstein’s favorite part of working at Talent Search is because of the incredible students and awesome team. Ms. Dukstein believes that all students should work hard, follow your dreams & and value yourself.
