Who May Apply

Any student in grades 9-11 desiring a college education and attending one of the following schools:

Kansas City Area J.C. Harmon, Schlagle, Sumner Academy, Washington, Wyandotte
Lawrence Area Central Junior High, Free State High School, Lawrence High, South Junior High, Southwest Junior High , West Junior High
Topeka Area Highland Park, Topeka High, Topeka West

Or any student residing in Wyandotte, Douglas or Shawnee County.

Students showing promise for succeeding in college.
