How to Slow Down Audio in Quicktime
When the Quicktime player comes up, go into Window and scroll down to Show A/V controls.
In the lower right hand corner of the A/V Controls windows, adjust the Playback Speed slider to slow down the speaking pace of your Quicktime Video.
Then sit back, relax and enjoy your Quicktime Video at any speed you want..
