Building Bridges (Celebrating Differences) * This workshop helps participants: celebrate their similarities and differences, recognize misinformation they learned, heal from internalized oppression, explore discrimination, claim pride in group identity, and learn hands-on tools for dealing effectively with bigoted comments and behavior.
Understanding Diversity In this workshop diversity is defined in the broadest of terms (by looking at dimensions of diversity) including race, gender, ethnicity, age, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, values, education, physical appearance, lifestyle, beliefs, geographic origin, longevity with the organization, and economic status. It explains the benefits of diversity and diverse work environments.
Basic Race Awareness Workshop This workshop provides participants with an opportunity to openly explore their feelings and beliefs about "race" issue, with the goal to better understand complex issues through honest communication.
