Step 1: Create a ECCS Plan Partner Agency Account

Attention ECCS Plan Partners

Thank you for helping us document how the Kansas early childhood community is supporting the ECCS Plan. To begin, each ECCS Plan Partner Agency is invited to create an agency account. Once the account is created and you receive your password via email, you will be able to log in to the new Tracking Tool with your email address and temporary password and:

Manage your account contact information (including password changes)
Designate up to 5 other agency representatives to enter information into the Tracking Tool database
Use the Tracking Tool to document, update, and track your agency’s activities.
