<h2>Opening Day! </h2>
<p>August 17 will be hot and hectic, full of lines and traffic. Patience is the key.</p>

    <p>I-70 bridges are under construction near Lawrence. <a href="http://www.communicators.ku.edu/resources/i70map.pdf">Plan your route with this map.</a> </p>

    <p>    Uniformed staff are assigned to help direct traffic. When you arrive:</p>
  </li>
  </ul>

  <p>1. Park away from the building until you complete registration materials. <br>
    2. Collect your room key and complete a move-in inventory.<br>
    3. Drive closer to the building entrance and unload, leaving someone with your things as you park in a permanent space away from the building entrance. </p>

  <li> Department of Student Housing staff can be easily identified &ndash;just ask us for help! </li>
  </ul>
<p>Our main telephone number is&nbsp;(785) 864-4560, feel free to use it! </p>
<p>The Student Housing office in Corbin Hall will have extended hours 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on August 13, 14, 15, &amp; 18 to help with questions and answers. </p>

Student tour guides will escort you and share more information about living at KU - no reservations required! Residence hall tours start near the main desks of McCollum, Templin, and Hashinger Halls. We look forward to your visit! </p>
