Call for Papers-- Family AssessmentTask Force on Adolescent Girls
New CE Credits
Task Force on Defining OutcomesThis grant is open to students and faculty to support research related to the prevention of injuries in children and adolescents. Funding is available up to $5,000 and is sponsored jointly by APA Division 54 and the American Psychological Foundation (APF).
The application should include:
- A research proposal, which should be no more than seven single spaced pages including: a) a 100-word abstract, b) description of the project with introduction, methods, and procedures, c) a detailed budget, and d) references (all in one MS Word document).
- A current curriculum vitae
- Supporting faculty supervisor letter (if the applicant is a student), and
- Proof of IRB approval or statement that IRB approval is pending.

Complete applications must be received each year by October 1. Final IRB approval will need to be verified before funds can be released.
Funds are not provided for convention and meeting travel, indirect costs of the University, stipends of principal investigators, or costs associated with manuscript preparation.
