MGMT 310: Organizational Behavior (3)

This course serves as an introduction to the study of individual and group behavior within the context of an organization. An objective may be the development of the student's potential for becoming an effective organization member and manager of people. Experiential learning methods are utilized to involve the student actively. A wide variety of topics and theories may be covered, generally including motivation, leadership, job design, group dynamics, and formal organizational structure and process. Prerequisite: Completion of ECON 142, ACCT 200, PSYC 104, and one course in the social science, society and culture (s/c) principal course area.
