GEOG 538: Environmental Soil Physics and Chemistry (4)

This course examines the physical and chemical properties of soils and methods of evaluation. Physical topics include the movement of water, heat, gases, and solutes through soil. Chemistry topics include solid and solution speciation, mineral solubility, ion exchange, and oxidation-reduction reactions in soils. (Same as EVRN 538.)
