B.A. in Fine Arts in Music Degree Requirements

The B.A. in Fine Arts in music is offered with a concentration in

  • Jazz studies,
  • Musicology,
  • Music theory,
  • Piano/organ/orchestral instruments,
  • Voice, or
  • Music with an outside minor.

A total of 125 to 131 credit hours is required. To graduate, a student must earn a minimum grade-point average of 3.0 in all major courses and a minimum average of 2.0 in all course work.

Basic Courses (40-44 hours)

ENGL 101, ENGL 102, and ENGL 203, ENGL 209, ENGL 210, or ENGL 211 9
