M.C.M. Degree Requirements

The Master of Construction Management degree requires 33 credit hours, consisting of 18 hours of core courses, 12 hours of electives, and 3 hours of master’s project. Core courses are CMGT 700, CMGT 701, CMGT 702, CMGT 703, CMGT 704, and CMGT 705.

Courses to be applied toward the M.C.M. degree must be listed on a Plan of Study form approved by the student’s major professor and examining committee and the department’s graduate adviser. All graduate students must have an approved Plan of Study on file by the beginning of their second semester of study.
