Recommended Sample Syllabus Statement for Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act

Disability Resources recommends all teaching staff include a statement on each course syllabus inviting students with disabilities to request a reasonable accommodation. We have developed a sample statement for faculty and instructors to include in his/her course syllabus:
