National Early Childhood Implementation Status (Dated April 2009)

No information available No discussion of RtI nor implementation of any RtI models has begun in my state. Some preliminary discussions are taking place about implementing RtI models in pre-kindergarten settings. Some professional development has begun to introduce the concept of RtI to pre-k administrators and/or practitioners. Some local programs have begun to implement RtI models in pre-k settings. We have explicit written statewide policies about RtI in early education settings, and some programs in the state have begun to implement them. We have fully implemented RtI in programs across our state.
