Jeffrey A. Hall (Ph.D., University of Southern California, 2007). Dr. Hall’s research focuses on social support in family and health contexts; relational communication, with an emphasis on humor and flirting; and friendship and gender, with an emphasis on homophobia and masculinity. Dr. Hall teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in interpersonal, nonverbal, gender communication as well as quantitative research methods. His recent work is published in Communication Quarterly.
