On Thursday, April 21, the Governor signed Senate Bill 74 in a ceremony held in Alderson Auditorium of the Kansas Union. The bill will allow Classified employees at Regent's institutions to withdraw, upon the approval of the Board of Regents, from the Civil Service system.
