Students will not be allowed to add a class or enroll after the 20th instructional
day. Watch your e-mail for more detailed information from the
Office of the University Registrar.
- NO DROPS OR WITHDRAWALS ALLOWED AFTER THURSDAY,
APRIL 17, 2008!
We are currently in the second drop period: Friday, February 8, 2008
through Thursday, April 17, 2008.
If you drop any or all courses during the second drop period, the instructor’s
signature is required, with a grade of “WP” or “WF”
assigned for each course dropped. This grade will show on your transcript,
but will not figure into your grade point average. Ask for the “Schedule
Change Form” available in Rooms 109 or 151 Strong, or at the Regents
Center reception desk at Edwards Campus.
- CREDIT/NO CREDIT OPTION DEADLINES:
Friday, February 15 through Thursday, February 28, 2008. You cannot
elect this option or change it after this deadline.
The Credit/No Credit option is available to Undergraduate students only: Please
review the guidelines by clicking on “Important information handout”
at the following site: http://www2.ku.edu/~clasus/policies/credit.shtml.
If you choose to elect this option, please come to the CLAS Student Academic
Services office in 109 Strong Hall and you may complete the form in that office.
You must have your 5-digit class number in order to complete the form.
- SENIORS – GRADUATION! LAST DAY TO APPLY
FOR SPRING 2008 GRADUATION:
Monday, March 3, 2008, to be listed in the Commencement Program.
The final application deadline for Spring 2008 graduation is Tuesday,
April 15, 2008. You must apply online through Enroll & Pay. For
