Our Goal

Our club is dedicated to spreading chemistry love and awareness throughout the University and community.

In the Community

Our organization's main focus in the community is through demonstrations and informational gatherings. We try to focus on the youth in the community because we believe that interest in the scientific field early in life could encourage more children to stay in school, pursue their dreams, and hopefully someday complete a college education! We try to do this in a fun way and put on a "show", different variations of experiments with their participation! Please contact us if you wish to have us at your school or youth organization!

At the University of Kansas

We focus on greater learning within our organization at the University. This is accomplished through various ways. We attend and host local and national lecturers to discover the latest in chemistry research. Our members are involved in independent research with individual faculty to ensure a strong scientific and investigative understanding. Post-baccalaureate work is another main focus of our organization, to help every member accomplish their professional goals. This is achieved through GRE and MCAT discussions at our monthly meetings.
