Négoçia Program

The Applied English Center of the University of Kansas (AEC) will welcome students from France for the Négoçia Program from January 10 until March 26, 2010 for an 10-week program of intensive English and Business English study and cultural enrichments activities. Students will be placed in a combination of courses that address their English skills, deepen their understanding of American culture and society, and help them become familiar with American business practices. Students may also be eligible to attend KU Business School classes.

Program Highlights include weekly tours of local Lawrence and Kansas City businesses, the opportunity to live on the KU campus and participate in campus activities, a wide variety of optional cultural activities, the chance to do in-depth research on a local business, and a Jayhawk basketball game!
