Tuition and Costs

The tuition and fees listed below include nonresident tuition for full-time students and campus privilege fees. Tuition may vary for students enrolled in academic courses. Room and meals include rent for a shared double room and food for the period (excluding vacations). Personal expenses vary greatly. Health insurance is required for all international students.

First Semester Additional Costs

Each student will need to purchase a KU ID card for $10. New students are also required to attend a new international student orientation session with ISSS. More information regarding dates and costs for orientation can be found at www.iss.ku.edu.
