Project Goals:
- Collect and preserve samples of spoken German in Kansas
- Identify the major characteristics that differentiate the
many varieties of German spoken in Kansas
- Present maps to show where German was/and is still spoken in Kansas
- Digitize samples of recordings and make them available through WWW
access.
